Come learn all there is to know about vegetable gardening. In this class we will talk about where to locate your vegetable garden, soil preparation, when to plant and start different vegetable types, rotating crops to maximize your space, container gardening, raised beds, common pests & treatment. We will also touch on popular herb growing tips, and how to extend the growing season for your garden.

The class fee is $30. This class will be held at the NEW Plants of Texas location in Flint. This class will NOT be held at the tent.
The class will take place in the smaller building (receiving dock) behind the main/large building you see from the road. Please park in the front of the main building and follow the sidewalk around to the back. You will see a smaller metal building in the back of the property. Head on in and take a seat!
