Need it Delivered…or Want to Pick Up?

When you’re working on a garden or landscape project, you can’t always fit everything you need in your vehicle! We offer local delivery services to help you get what you need, as well as curbside pick-up for orders you place at our garden center, in our online Shop, via email, or over the phone.

Don’t hesitate to let us know if you need a low-contact or no-contact delivery or pickup. 

 

 

Delivery Pricing

We offer local delivery services within a 15-mile radius of the Plants of Texas garden center, Mon-Sat. depending on availability.  

There is a set $50 delivery fee.

Every mile over the 15-mile radius will be charged additionally at $3.50 per mile with a maximum range of 50 miles total. No Delivery available over 50 miles from the garden center.

Our delivery staff will unload your items curbside or in your driveway, depending on accessibility for our delivery trucks. Please make sure to provide us with delivery instructions in advance.

  • Shop in-store and pay for/schedule Home Delivery at checkout.
  • Shop for select items in our online Shop. Select “Home Delivery” at checkout.
  • Call or email us your request for plants and products:
    • Within 24 hours depending on volume, our staff will contact you back with questions to confirm your list, then assemble everything requested & call you to review your order, provide your total and take payment over the phone. During the phone call, you’ll receive your total including sales tax, as well as applicable delivery fees. 

Delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Due to the season or volume of pick-up orders, there could be a 2-3 day turn around on order processing. We will work as quickly as we can to process your order, get it pulled, and contact you for your delivery date and time. Please let us know in advance if you require a low-contact or contactless pick-up experience. 

Curbside Pre-Paid Pickup

We do offer curbside pickup for any orders made from our online shop, or from orders placed with our garden staff at the store or via phone/email or through our personal shopping service. If you’ve purchased items from our online shop, select “Curbside Pick-up” from your shipping options. Once your order and transaction has been completed, our garden center staff will contact you directly to let you know when your order is ready and provide a pick-up schedule. We’ll help you get your order loaded up! 

  • Shop for select items in our online Shop. Select “Curbside Pick-up” at checkout.
  • Call or email us your request for plants and products.
    • Within 24 hours depending on volume, our staff will contact you back with questions to confirm your list, then assemble everything requested & call you to review your order, provide your total and take payment over the phone. During the phone call, you’ll receive your total including sales tax, as well as your pick-up schedule. We will follow up with you directly if there are any changes to your pick-up schedule. 

We will work as quickly as we can to process your order, get it pulled, and contact you for your pick up window.  Orders may be picked up Monday-Saturday.  Orders placed prior to noon will typically be available for pick-up the next day after 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be available for pick-up the next day after 3pm. Due to the season or volume of pick-up orders, there could be a 2-3 day turn around on order requests.   No pickups on Sundays.

Be sure to bring a copy of your transaction receipt, printed or on your mobile device, to show our staff prior to order loading. Please let us know in advance if you require a low-contact or contactless pick-up experience.
