In this class, we’ll cover the best locations for your garden, soil preparation, the ideal planting times for different vegetables, crop rotation techniques to optimize space, container gardening, raised beds, and how to manage common pests. We’ll also share tips for growing popular herbs and ways to extend your garden’s growing season.

The class fee is $30. This class will be held at the NEW Plants of Texas location in Flint. This class will NOT be held at the tent.
The class will take place in the smaller building (receiving dock) behind the main/large building you see from the road. Please park in the front of the main building and follow the sidewalk around to the back. You will see a smaller metal building in the back of the property. Head on in and take a seat!You can click the button titled “Reserve Now” to purchase your ticket to this event. No tickets will be mailed out. You simply show up to the event. Tickets must be purchased in advance to reserve your spot. Spots are limited.
