We are venturing into the world of cheese making! You will walk away with the knowledge to create soft, spreadable cheese as well as how to form semi-soft chesses at home. We will learn to make farmers cheese and a versatile cheese called Cacioricotta.

Back by popular demand, Ruthy Baugh will be teaching this class. She is the owner of Baugh’s Market and Event Venue in Rusk, TX and has become a favorite instructor here at Plants of Texas for all things homesteading.

This class will be held at the NEW Plants of Texas location. This class will NOT be held at the tent.
The class will take place in the smaller building behind the main/large building you see from the road. Please drive around to the back of the main building by entering from the road, head straight, driving past the small, covered pavilion on your right. You will see the smaller building behind the main one and can park anywhere back there. You will be some of the first customers to get a sneak peak of what is to come in 2023.
