Welcome to Intermediate Beekeeping! We will continue to build upon the topics we learned in the Beginner Beekeeping class. One step closer to you feeling confident in owning your own hive!

Daniel Lennon with Flint Farm & Apiary will be conducting this class. This class will cover hive inspections, recognizing brood patterns, harvesting honey, and bee behavior. You will also have the opportunity to purchase bees, hives, and beekeeping accessories (suits, gloves, smokers, etc.) at this class (to be picked up at a later date). Plants of Texas is excited to make all your bee dreams come true in one stop.

This class will be the bee’s knees! The class fee is $25. This class will be held at the NEW Plants of Texas location. This class will NOT be held at the tent.

The class will take place in the smaller building (receiving dock) behind the main/large building you see from the road. Please park in the front of the main building and follow the sidewalk around to the back. You will see a smaller metal building in the back of the property. Head on in and take a seat!
