Elizabeth will cover warm- and cool-season herb gardens, common pests, harvesting tips, and more. Then, get ready for a little “non-cooking cooking class”! Through hands-on demonstrations, Elizabeth will show you how to transform fresh herbs into delicious homemade creations, including seasoned salts, herb butter, and herb-infused vinegar. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, this class is a great way to learn how to grow, harvest, and enjoy herbs right here in East Texas.
