Our team will guide you step-by-step, and you’ll leave with a stunning arrangement and sweet memories made. Learn which herbs thrive in our region, when to grow them, and how to create an herb garden that fits your space and style. Elizabeth will cover warm- and cool-season herb gardens, common pests, harvesting tips, and more. Then, get ready for a little “non-cooking cooking class”! Through hands-on demonstrations, Elizabeth will show you how to transform fresh herbs into delicious homemade creations, including seasoned salts, herb butter, and herb-infused vinegar. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, this class is a great way to learn how to grow, harvest, and enjoy herbs right here in East Texas.
