Azalea Encore© ‘Ivory’

Azalea Encore Autumn Ivory continues the Encore series of repeat blooming azaleas, so you can enjoy these stunning bloomers past their usual spring flowering! Creamy ivory flowers burst into bloom in the spring, then repeat flowering in the summer and into the fall. While the bright flowers are the main attraction, the evergreen foliage provides structure and interest in the winter garden. Encore azaleas bloom well with full to part sun, but if you plant them in shadier conditions, you can still expect the same dependable spring bloom but with less vigorous repeat flowering. Autumn Ivory’s true dwarf size makes it ideal for container plantings, borders, and mass plantings. Tend to its needs of acidic, well-drained soil, late winter/early spring fertilizing, and regular watering and you’ll be treated to a year’s worth of spectacular garden color!
